The Mandaluyong City Council (Sangguniang Panlungsod) is composed of the City Vice-Mayor as Presiding Officer, twelve (12) regular Sanggunian members, the President of the Association of Barangay Captains (Liga ng mga Barangay), and the President of the SK Federation (Panlungsod na Pederasyon ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan).
