Pinamunuan ni Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos ang panunumpa ng mga grupo ng Service Auxiliary Volunteers for Emergency and Relief (SAVER), Junior Journalists Guild (JJG), at Senior and Cadet Planning Board (SCPB). Ang mga nasabing grupo ay binubuo ng mga miyembro ng Girl Scouts of the Philippines – Mandaluyong Chapter.
