Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Knowledge of inventory control system and stock management techniques
Good organizational and time management skills
basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory management software is a plus
