Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree
Graduate of any 4-year IT or Electronics related course
Must have at least 6 months of Team Lead, QA or subject matter expert experience in IT Service Desk, Customer Service, Customer Care or Contact Center Services
Working knowledge of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
Amenable to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig City
