Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
Familiarity with recruiting tools, job boards and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
Knowledgeable in conducting interviews, screening resumes, and handling recruitment related tasks is an advantage
Willing to do field and to work on site
