MANDALUYONG OBTAINS AN UNMODIFIED OPINION FOR CY 2025

The City Government of Mandaluyong has secured its 5th consecutive Unmodified Opinion from the Commission on Audit (COA) for its 2025 financial statements, once again affirming its strong and credible fiscal management.

The unmodified audit opinion means the city’s financial records are accurate, fairly presented, and free from material errors and anomalies. It reinforces public trust and reflects the integrity of how Mandaluyong manages its resources.

COA’s independent audit confirmed that the city’s financial statements fully comply with accounting standards, highlighting its commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible use of public funds.
Mayor Menchie Abalos underscored that the recognition goes beyond compliance. “This ensures that government resources are efficiently translated into real services for our people,” she said.

The recognition stands as both proof of sound management and a continuing commitment to better public service for all Mandaleños.
