BENJAMIN S. ABALOS SR. AWARDED DOCTOR OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION HONORIS CAUSA

The Rizal Technological University-Mandaluyong conferred upon former MMDA and COMELEC Chairman Benjamin S. Abalos Sr. the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Public Administration Honoris Causa in fitting rites held at the SNAG-RTU Compound in recognition of his dedicated leadership and exemplary commitment to public service. Abalos also played a significant role in the adoption of  RTU as City College to address the increasing student population at the time he served as Mayor of the city.
