Mayor Menchie Abalos (4th from left) led the ceremonial distribution of booklets for solo parents ID holders. The City Government of Mandaluyong is the first LGU to issue booklets for solo parents similar to those issued to senior citizens and PWDs. Abalos is joined by City Council Majority Floor Leader Charisse Abalos-Vargas and Councilor Grace Antonio.
