How complaints are processed |
Immediately upon receipt of the complaint, a notification from the complainant will be made. Assess/evaluate the complaint then endorse/ recommend to proper authorities for solutions to problems coursed to us arising from barangay level, wherein this office acted as mediator as per request by the parties concerned. |
