CITY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos signs the Memorandum of Agreement on the City Collegiate Scholarship Program with partner school, Rizal Technological University, represented by its president, Dr. Jesus Rodrigo Torres (seated, 4^th from left). Now on its 20th year of implementation, the program has 337 beneficiaries on full scholarship at RTU for school year 2016-2017, ensuring that less privileged but deserving 1st or 2nd year students get to have a college degree.
