CITY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM PRODUCES 4 MORE ENGINEERS

Mayor Menchie Abalos is flanked by the board passers of the 2019 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination after being presented by Mayor Menchie at the city government’s Morning Program which is regularly held at the Executive Building. Engineers Raymart Palma, Shaerine Lawig, Albert Lanuzga, and Mary Joy Delgado are newly-graduated students under the City of Mandaluyong Collegiate Scholarship Program. The CMCSP is one of the three educational programs extensively supported by Mayor Menchie that extends assistance to ensure a better future for underprivileged but deserving Mandaleños. The two other programs are the CAA Scholarship and the educational assistance benefitting almost 3,000 students every school year. Pinky Umali-Tubig (rightmost) heads the City Educational Service Office.
