Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos handed the ‘Dugong Mandaleño Award’ on Monday at the City Hall Executive Building. The award was received by the different institutions and organizations that regularly conduct mobile blood-letting activities under the National Blood Voluntary Services Program.
