Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos joins on stage the barangay chairpersons and other city officials in giving recognition to 27 outstanding men and women in their respective barangays. The Gabi ng Pasasalamat-Bantay Bayan Night is the local government’s thanksgiving activity to the dedicated Bantay Bayan members and is in line with the 73rd Liberation Day and 24th Cityhood Anniversary celebration of Mandaluyong City
