The City Cooperative Officer formulates measures for the consideration of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, and supports the City Mayor in carrying out measures to ensure the basic delivery of services, particularly cooperative development and viability enhancement to improve the livelihood and quality of life of inhabitants.
