Estanislao “Junis” Villaraza Alim III is a newly elected Councilor in the City of Mandaluyong, son of Edna S. Villaraza and Estanislao M. Alim II, from Donsol, Sorsogon. He Married with Joyce Jaucian-Alim and a father of three. He finished his degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Colegio de San Juan de Letran and also studied Master’s Degree in Public Administration at Jose Rizal University.

In 2013, he was elected as Barangay Councilor and made several projects and programs for his constituents. Due to his hard work in delivering good public service, he was re-elected and rank number one in Barangay Addition Hills in 2018. He was the Chairman of Peace and Order, and Transportation and Communication Committee. A youth leader in the Barangay, also the founding Chairman of Iribahan Kan mga Bicolano sa Mandaluyong created in 2015 and formalized in year 2016 which condects community services within the city.

He authored, two significant barangay ordinances entitled “Tanod Care Program”, which aims to give an annual accident insurance benefits for barangay staffs and for bantay-bayan, which are front-liners in enforcing peace and order. Promoting “Scholarship Program” giving financial assistance for college students in Barangay Addition Hills. He aims to replicate the same in the City.

A City Councilor from 1st district and elected as the Chairman of Committee on Peace and Order, Public Safety and Fire Protection, Vice Chairman of Human Rights and a committee member of Barangay Affairs, Landed Estate, Public Works, Transportation, Telecommunication, Cooperatives and Civil Services.
