The Barangay Affairs and Community Services Coordinator plans, prepares, initiates, and coordinates various programs and projects in the city government and the barangays.
The office provides assistance to and supervision over the Bantay Bayan in peacekeeping activities in the city. The coordinator acts as mediator to settle disputes among barangay constituents and barangay officials
