The Environmental Greening and Beautification Officer ensures the cleanliness of all thoroughfares and public markets, schools, and hospitals in the city.

He is also responsible in providing a special task force to clean and operate certain sectors where garbage and other debris materials have accumulated and which requires more personnel.
