The ICTD shall be the primary policy, planning, coordinating, implementing, and administrative office that will promote and institutionalize the National ICT agenda in local government.
Vision: To be the epitome of an ICT driven progressive city.
Mission:
- To harness the potentials of ICT in integrating relevant information allowing for simplified, streamlined, digitized office processes that would improve delivery of public service.
- To enhance and enable proficient ICT use that empowers individuals, offices, the city and its citizenry.
- To provide digital direction and growth through a mature and sound Information System Plan aligned with the national government strategies, directives, and legislation of e-governance.
