At least Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any 4 year course
Open for fresh graduates
Mainetenance of professional, service-oriented relationship with homeowners, service provider and other employees. Timely response to customer concerns and processing of request
Coordination of reservation for the clubhouse and other ameneties
Issuance of bills, letter or notices to homeowners or service provider
Effectively assist the property manager with daily property operations
Filing of housing loan application
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Preferably with background in real estate and customer service
Experience in loan processing and admin works is a plus
Can multitask, handle pressure and willing to extend hours
Experience with office management software like MS Office
