CONTRACT ADMINSTRATOR – BUSINESS TRENDS

Graduate of 4 years College degree of any course

With 3-5 years work related experience

Familiar in Pivot and Vlook Up

Must have excellent communication skills

Preparation and coordination of contract and customer agreements, extensions and variations

Ensure pricing is accurately set up within pricing system and is completed in a timely fashion

Manage contract expiry dates to minimize credits

Prepare and provide all relevant contracts sales report and other reports as requested in a timely fashion to meet sales and contract requirements

Execute product substitutions, product obsolescence, price variations, product variations and contract term variations accurately and within agreed upon timeframes

Work with Contract Specialists to ensure all product and pricing information is uploaded and regularly maintained onto the National Product Catalogue

Provide pro-active support to Contract Specialist through contract activity reports, expiration notifications and other contract information is required

Ensure contract records are updated and regularly maintained with required information

Assist in the management of the contract team mailbox, network drive and hard copy filing
