CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (HEALTHCARE) – SAGILITY

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in allied sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 1-year experience in Direct Patient Care; such as In Long-Term Care, Home and Community- Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, Or Case Management.

Experience working with managed care organizations, including Medicare and/or Medicald recipients, preferred.

Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes, ideally in a Philippine setting.
Note: Candidates with only BPO health care experience- handling member calls for a year or more in direct patient care will also be considered.

Technical Skills:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to use various electronic information applications and software programs, including electronic medical records (EMRS).
