Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings in different platforms, screening resumes, scheduling interview and corresponding with candidates
Interviewing applicants, discussing requirements and responsibilities and sending on boarding letters
Gathering and compiling pre-on boarding requirements, sending training invites and endorsing interns
Managing HR documents and database, ensuring compliance with regulations
Preparing and updating weekly recruitment reports
Consolidated list of offers and other recruitment items
Coordinating with Sales Managers and Directors regarding updates and statuses on their applicant endorsed
Supporting employee relations by addressing queries, concerns and requests
