Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar course
Relevant experience in an HR role for at least 1 year
With knowledge in compensation and benefits
Able to accommodate Labore Relation concern
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong moral and ethical code
Excellent administrative skills
