Graduate of any 4-year IT or Electronics related course
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree
Must have at least 6 months of Team Lead, QA or Subject matter Expert experience in IT Service Desk, Customer Service, Customer Care or Contact Center Services
Working knowledge of ITIL ( IT Infrastructure Library)
Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
Amenable to work in Kapitolyo Pasig City
