Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the apparel industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Passion for the apparel industry and a keen sense of fashion
Self-motivated and result oriented with a proactive approach
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed
This position requires working in a retail environment, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise
Flexibility to travel to different store locations as needed
