PROJECT ASSOCIATE (1)
A. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant program/course
At least 1 year related work experience
Good coordinating skills, Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative, logistical and secretariat support in the conduct of special events,
trainings, regional field activities, and other meetings/conferences organized under the NTP - Maintains and orderly filing system for all types of communication and other official documents
- Provides assistance to the NTP Medical/Nurse coordinator and other partners in packaging or reproducing necessary documents or report, contracts of consultants, and other deliveries under the program
- Prepares initial documentation of team meetings
- Monitors the daily incoming or outgoing calls, visitors, receipts of documents and sent documents
- Prepare updated periodic reports on the status of inquiries and project development activities
- Requests and monitors office supplies needed for the program in coordination with the GF point-person
- Facilitates transmittal of incoming and outgoing correspondences, documents, tokens, etc.
- Checks communications before routing for quality control.
- Prepares, ensures accurateness and completeness of documents, and follow-up payments or cheque for revolving fund replenishments, cash advances, and liquidations.
