KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Conduct out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprint that satisfy technical
specifications for civil works.
Assess potential risks, materials and costs for civil work projects
Provide advice and resolve creatively and emerging problems/ deficiencies
Handle over the resulting structures and services for use of complete projects.
Prepare, schedule and monitor the progress and complete the reports in project using bar chart and MS Project.
Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety and deliver technical files and other
technical dosumentation as required
