Graduate of any 4 year IT related course
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
With a minimum 1 year working experience in the same field
Must know how to create test cases
Must know how to test software application both mobile and web
Must know how to determine the severity of software defects
Must know how to log deffects/issues
Must know how to analyze business rule/use case for creating test cases
Should have an ability to collaborate with developers during the testing phase
Familiar with a different kind of testing such as functional and non-functional
Must be familiar with manual testing (automation is a plus)
Must be familiar with SDLC and/or Agile Methodology
