Mandaluyong City Vice Mayor Menchie Abalos (center), representing Mayor Ben Abalos, receives the Dangal ng Selyo ng Kahusayan sa Serbisyo Publiko-Hall of Fame Award from Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF) Commissioner Arthur Casanova, for the active and effective use of the Filipino language in its service delivery for five consecutive years. Mandaluyong City is one of the only two LGUs that has achieved this award from KWF.
