MANDALUYONG BAGS NATIONAL KABALIKAT AWARD 2019 FROM TESDA

. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) conferred the coveted National Kabalikat Award 2019 to Mandaluyong City. The prestigious award recognizes the various livelihood and skills training programs provided by the city government through the Mandaluyong Manpower Technical-Vocational Training Center (MMTVTC), led by Mayor Menchie Abalos to Mandaleños. Many residents who have completed their chosen vocations are now either employed in various companies or have become entrepreneurs. The award also serves as testament to the dedication of the city government under the leadership of Mayor Menchie Abalos in uplifting the lives of its constituents.
