Select day care children in Mandaluyong City received school kits from the State of Qatar through the Office of the Vice President. Mandaluyong City Mayor Ben Abalos (2nd row, 2nd left) led the ceremonial turn over with Vice President and Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary Sarah Duterte-Carpio (center). They were joined by Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Benhur Abalos (left), Vice Mayor Menchie Abalos (2nd right), and Ambassador of the State of Qatar Dr. Ali Ibrahim Al-Malki.
