MANDALUYONG EMERGED HEMS MODEL TEAM FOR THE THIRD TIME

Mandaluyong City Mayor Benjamin C. Abalos leads  in giving tribute to the members of the Health Emergency Management Service (HEMS) team of the city after recently topping the HEMS Benchmarking Olympics 2010. The team bagged the champion title for the land rescue benchmarking competition for three straight years where Mandaluyong is clustered to the District 3-Manila, Makati, Mandaluyong, San Juan (MAMAMANSAN).
