Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos, and City Planning & Development Officer Arman Comandao hold a printed copy of Ordinance No. 709, S-2018 during the launch of the Green Building Efficiency Self-Assessment Tool (GBEST). The online platform, which is accessible at www.mandaluyong.gov.ph, is a pre-assessment tool for building designers and property developers when applying for a Green Building Certificate.
