Livelihood starter kits with insurance benefits were handed by Mayor Menchie Abalos to 30 senior citizens of Mandaluyong City. The City government continues to provide livelihood opportunities through the Public Employment Service Office and the Office for Senior Citizens Affairs headed by Emma Javier and Louie Espinosa, respectively.
