Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos (6th from left) joined the team from the City Planning and Development Department, headed by Engineer Arman Comandao, during the formal announcement of the Building Efficiency Self-assessment Tool (B.E.S.T.) that is accessible at the official website of the city (www.mandaluyong.gov.ph). The new online service will serve as a guide for businesses operating in the city in their compliance with the Mandaluyong Green Building Ordinance (GBO) no. 535 S-2014.
