City Mayor Menchie Abalos presents a Plaque of Recognition to SPO1 Jean Aguada for the service and honor she has given to her community and the City in the past 13 years as a police officer. Among her many achievements are being an awardee of the Ten Outstanding Policewomen in the Philippines, Medalya ng Papuri for Academic Excellence, Most Dedicated Police Community Relations Police Non-Commissioned Officer, aside from her invaluable role in programs that safeguard women’s rights, as well as for the wellness and recovery of surrendered drug personalities.
