Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos signs the Memorandum of Agreement with the Ateneo School of Government represented by Dean Antonio La Viña in establishing and sustaining the Mandaluyong’s efficient and ethical good governance through the E2-G2 system. The city is the first local government in the Philippines to partner with Ateneo in establishing the said system. The system is expected to start early next year and expected to build citizen database whereas allowing all concerned offices to contribute to the base and use all available information.
