Mayor Menchie Abalos led the turn-over of e-trikes (electric tricycles) to selected drivers/operators at the end of their training seminar. The event was held following the ceremonial turn-over of the said units by President Rodrigo Duterte to the city government of Mandaluyong during the 2019 TODA Summit held at the Cuneta Astrodome, Pasay City. The distribution of e-trikes is a project conducted through the Department of Energy aimed towards a clean environment with the use of energy efficient and eco-friendly road transport.
