FIRST BATCH OF K-12 GRADUATES – Thirty students from the different secondary schools in the city accept their diplomas during the symbolic graduation rites held at the Mandaluyong City Hall Executive Building. The said students were presented to Mayor Menchie Abalos as the first batch to graduate under the K-12 program of the Department of Education (DepEd).
