Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos led city and barangay officials in the ceremonial ribbon cutting during the inaugural blessing of the newly constructed multi-purpose hall in Blk. 35, Brgy. Addition Hills, which has a sizeable space to accommodate barangay meetings and other barangay events.
