KWF SEAL OF EXCELLENCE AWARDED TO MANDALUYONG CITY

The Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF) awarded Mandaluyong City its third Seal of Excellence in Public Service (Level 4). The agency again recognizes the City’s continuous and effective use of the Filipino language in rendering public service to Mandaleños. Mayor Menchie Abalos received the award from National Artist and KWF President Virgilio Almario.
