MANDALUYONG ANTI-DRUG BILLIARD TOURNAMENT OPEN

Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos (4^th from right) makes the ceremonial break at the opening of the Oplan Lingap – Best of the Best Ten Ball Billiard Tournament held recently at the City Kaban ng Hiyas Auditorium. Presented by the City Government thru Mayor Benhur Abalos with the Benhur Abalos Sports and Interactive Clinic (BASIC) and the City Cultural Affairs, Tourism & Sports Development Office, it is now on its 3^rd year and being participated in by almost 200 youths and adults.
