Mandaluyong City Vice Mayor Menchie Abalos (4th, right) receives on behalf of the city the 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) from DILG Secretary Benhur Abalos (4th, left). The recognition is the 7th seal that Mandaluyong City has received since 2015. Mandaluyong is also among the 22 LGUs in the country, and one of two LGUs in NCR, that is consistently winning the SGLG.
