MANDALUYONG COLLEGIATE SCHOLARSHIP MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

Mandaluyong City Mayor Benjamin C. Abalos, Jr. signs the MOA on City of Mandaluyong Collegiate Scholars (CMCS) during the recent Monday Morning Program of the City. The CMCS Agreement ensures that qualified incoming first or second year students are able to obtain their respective college degrees taken at partner school, Rizal Technological University. For SY 2011-2012, almost 300 students  qualified as scholars after rigid interviews and examinations.
