MANDALUYONG COLLEGIATE SCHOLARSHIP MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT RENEWED.

Mandaluyong City Mayor Benjamin C. Abalos, Jr. signs the Memorandum of Agreement with the Rizal Technological University for the City of Mandaluyong Collegiate Scholars (CMCS) during the recent regular Monday morning program of the city. The CMCS Agreement ensures that qualified students are able to obtain their respective college degrees at partner school, Rizal Technological University. For SY 2012-2013, almost 300 students qualified as scholars after undergoing rigid interviews and examinations of the CMCS office. The CMCS has benefited thousands of students since its implementation in 1996.
