Mandaluyong City Mayor Benhur Abalos cuts the ceremonial ribbon at the inaugural blessing of the completion of MES Phase 3 building during the weeklong birthday celebration of Mayor Abalos. The 4-storey, 22-classroom structure will serve as the Academic Building. With the Mayor is Division of City Schools Superintendent Dr. Florencia Domingo.
