Mandaluyong City Mayor Carmelita “Menchie” Abalos led the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Andres Bonifacio Integrated School (ABIS) during the recent inaugural blessing of the state-of-the-art classrooms for the K to 12 program in public schools in the city. The Housekeeping/Food Beverages course offered at ABIS is accompanied with furnished rooms simulating a hotel’s front desk, a twin bedroom and a hotel restaurant. There are 39 Technical-Vocational Laboratories and Home Economics classrooms constructed and furnished by the city for the K to 12 program. In line with the inaugural blessing is the formal opening of the newly-constructed extension office of the Schools Division Office-Mandaluyong.
