The event is one of the highlights in celebration of the 70th Liberation Day and 21st Cityhood Anniversary of Mandaluyong through the Kababaihan Kakaiba ng Mandaluyong led by City First Lady Menchie Abalos in cooperation with the Liga ng mga Barangay.
