TESDA HONORS MANDALUYONG CITY WITH KABALIKAT AWARD

Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos receives in behalf of the city the 2019 National Kabalikat Award from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in recognition of the city’s advocacy and support to TESDA’s Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Program aimed to give skills development and livelihood opportunities to individuals. The Mandaluyong City Government achieved this through its Mandaluyong Manpower Technical Vocational Training Center (MMTVTC), where thousands of Mandaleños have and are now gainfully employed or have set-up their own businesses.
