Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos gave recognition to nine women residents of the city for their significant contribution in their respective fields. The “Katangi-tanging Kababaihan ng Mandaluyong” is an annual recognition that is part of the local government’s celebration of this year’s National Women’s Month with the theme “We Make Change, Work for Women.”
